I have had the unique opportunity to watch Reece develop from the very beginning of his software engineering journey. I mentored him as he learned to program, after which he secured an apprenticeship as a Software Engineer, successfully progressed to Junior Software Engineer, and has since earned a Mid-Level Software Engineer position through his own ability and hard work. Seeing that progression first-hand gives me complete confidence in both his technical capability and his character. As an engineer, Reece is thoughtful, methodical, and quality-driven. He pays close attention to detail, asks the right questions, and takes pride in producing well-considered work rather than simply completing tasks.
